Immigration Act South Africa – Critical Skills List 2014

The new 2014 Critical Skills List in support of the South African Critical Skills Visa has been published in terms of Section18(5) of the Immigration Act of South Africa. The South African Critical Skills Visa replaces the Quota Work Permit and the Exceptional Skills Permit. Unlike the Quota Work Permit, it allows the holder 12 months in which to confirm employment in South Africa.
