Zimbabwean Special Permit – ZSP
On October 8, 2014 / Leave a commentThe old Dispensation of Zimbabweans Project (“DZP”) will officially come to a close on 31 December 2014. The expiry date of all “DZP” permits will consequently brought forward to the 31 December 2014.
“DZP” permit-holders who wish to remain in South Africa are invited to apply for the “ZSP” which would be issued for 3 years.
Zimbabwean nationals traveling on expired “DZP” permits will not be declared undesirable at ports of entry, or arrested for being illegal if they are found in South Africa for being in possession of expired “DZP” permits.
Applicants will be asked to first complete the online application (click link) and book an appointment before proceeding to special VFS offices to submit the physical application.
